Requirements to have a farming space: 55 Structure 25 Farming, and 75k Cash. Patches (All require the typical saw and hammer, combined with 5 compost, 1 spade, 3 weeds, and a watering can, together with the specific item for the patch): Allotment: 55 Structure, Any Allotment Harvest Item or Seed. Hops Patch: 55 Structure, Any Hops Patch Harvest or Seed.
Can be made just in Trimmed-Mahogany+ bin, it is produced by putting 13 Magic Logs, 5 Earth Runes, and 5 Water Runes into the bin, and allowing them to rot. The logs will rust into compost which will be enchanted from the Runes. People may say this will be biased as merely friends of the proprietor, and also the owner of the home may use this. Yes this is correct, however, will this create them fish almost faster? Of course maybe not lol, this just gives them a personal location to fish, and also a more beautiful look to their PoH.
The Hotspots: There are two kinds of hotspots, a dock hotpspot, which can be needed to even enter the space, and fishing hotspots, 4 per area. Imagine the space, with all the docks as a cross through the room, well in every corner of this middle of the docks is a hotspot.
Teak Dock: 60 Construction, 20 Teak Planks. Marble Bridge-Dock: 75 Construction, 10 Marble Bricks.
Regal Docks: 90 Structure, 4 Magic Stones, 1 Tinderbox, 11 Marble Bricks, 10 Gold Leaf(Imagine the imperial dock for a minute here... beautiful marble and gold docks... marble torches in the entrances, magical archways at the ends of the pathways that open to the center, a beautiful sight for anyone who wants their PoH to appear amazing.)
Fishing Hotspots(All require 55 Construction and the various Fishing Level necessary to fish the fish.) : 10 Buckets of Water, 10 Seaweed, 5 Raw Tuna. 10 Buckets of Water, 10 Seaweed, 5 Raw Swordfish. Sea Turtle: 10 Buckets of Water, 10 Seaweed, 5 Raw Sea Turtle, 500K Cash. Manta Ray: 10 Buckets of Water, 10 Seaweed, 5 Raw Manta Ray, 1000K Cash.
