The individual elements can not move or rearrange themselves. Skills on the action bar are fixed and can not be moved also. Since there will be no support for addons and mods in the future, there are no DPS meters or tools for displaying the aggro. So it is difficult to determine exactly which spec with one causes the most damage or which group member is lifted from the same boss from the pines.
